Our Story
Founded in 2005 by Mikhail Arzumanov, Industrial Control LLC combines decades of industry experience with a commitment to quality and reliability. Mikhail, who was born and educated in the former USSR, earned a degree in Electrical Engineering from Tashkent Polytechnic University in 1985. After relocating to Denver, CO in 1993 and becoming a U.S. citizen in 1998, he established Industrial Control to deliver top-tier control system solutions. Our pride, dedication, and hard work are evident in every service and product we offer, tailored to meet your project’s specific needs

Mikhail Arzumanov
President and Founder
Mikhail was born, raised and educated in the former USSR. He received his Degree in Electrical Engineering from Tashkent Polytechnic University in 1985. He leads the panel design team and takes pride in sharing his expertise with the next generation of engineers. In his free time, Mikhail loves spending time with his two grandsons, cooking and reading non-fiction.
Kathy Arzumanova
VP of Operations
Kathy Arzumanova has been with Industrial Control since 2016 and currently serves as the Vice President of Operations. In this role, she is responsible for managing project proposals, overseeing budgets, scheduling, procurement, and vendor relations. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Denver
Tommy
Lead Electro-Mechancial assembler, shop supervisor
Tommy became a member of the Industrial Control team in 2017. He is now the Lead Electro-mechanical Assembler and shop supervisor, responsible for managing staff, overseeing quality control, and testing. Outside of his time in the shop, Tommy is the frontman for his band Ok I Love You, and writes, engineers, and produces all of the music himself. Alongside this, he is an avid skier, and loves to spend time with his cat.
Ben Pacheco
Electro-mechanical assembler, cad draftsman, laser operator
Ben is an electrical engineering student at Colorado School of Mines, working at Industrial Control since 2022. He enjoys building projects that require his electronic design skills, with interests ranging from coffee roasting to 3D printing and audio engineering.
Kayden Erling
Electro-mechanical assembler
Kayden is a student at Colorado School of Mines, perusing a degree in electrical engineering. His hobbies include playing guitar and helping run the swing dance program at Mines.
